As you know, I'm all about colorful trims. Well, this book is the reason I'm learning to crochet. 150 Crochet Trims by Susan Smith. I highly recommend it.
The book begins with a true to size gallery of trims, braids, fringes, and motifs. Then, there is a detailed photo and instructions for making each trim. And the photos are color coordinated. There is so much here to love.
The skill levels vary from easy/beginner to challenging/advanced. The hard part is deciding which one to try first. Or I could just drool over the pictures a little longer.

I have made a few crochet trims, but it has been a long while. I love them. Be sure and show us when you get one done!

Hi! I just came across your blog today and have really enjoyed reading it and seeing what you are making. Fantastic and beautiful projects!
I think we must have somewhat similar taste--I made the ribbed scarf from Stitch N Bitch last summer and I recently bought the Lacy Crochet book and the crochet trims book and am so excited to start making the things I see in them.
I look forward to seeing more of what you are doing in the future!
