more patchwork & a charming blog
Great news if you're interested in swaps or jewelry making or charm swaps or mixed media or you just don't have anything better to do, Ruth has put together a charming blog featuring the work of the 25 mixed media artists involved in our recent charm swap. If I understand it correctly, the blog is still undergoing some cosmetics but Ruth has set up pictures of each of our charms along with detailed instructions on how they were made so you can create your own. You can also get a peek at the finished charm bracelet Ruth put together for us. I get really excited about this kind of sharing and free exchange of ideas and techniques among artists. And these are some amazingly talented ladies, too. And there are links to all the artists' blogs or websites. Lots to oogle at. Check it out here.
I just finished another patchwork bag, this time for Sharon who asked for one using the same mix of fabrics as this one. Sorry for the blurry picture. It was the best one out of about 100 attempts.
Well, gotta go now. I have loads of wips that I actually have the energy to work on tonight. If I don't make it back for an update tomorrow, have a great weekend!

What a FABULOUS looking bag!
GREAT JOB!!!
